TS IV SA design

  1. TS IV SA implant placed at bone level

The self-tapping, dual-thread design of the TS Implant enables quick and precise placement while minimising insertion torque. Its optimised macrostructure and microstructure promote osseointegration and long-term stability.

  2. TS Mini platform connectionTS Regular platform connection

The TS Implant features a user-friendly design with just 2 platforms:

    • Mini: Implants with Ø3.0 mm and Ø3.5 mm
    • Regular: Implants with a diameter of 4.0 mm or greater

Platform switching is achieved when pairing Mini implants with Mini abutments or Regular implants with Regular abutments. Please refer to the corresponding colour coding.

  3. TS implant, outside viewTS implant, inside view

TS Implants combine an advanced corkscrew thread design, self-tapping ability, and a dual thread for exceptional primary stability.

With a precise Morse taper connection, the system ensures a secure fit between implant and abutment, eliminating micro-gaps and helping protect against bacterial infiltration and bone loss.

  4. Cross-section of the TS Morse taper connectionThe 11° Morse taper inside the TS implant

The 11° Morse taper connection ensures an exceptionally tight fit, preventing micro-movements and bacterial infiltration.

Platform switching helps maintain soft and hard tissue stability, contributing to long-term implant success.

  5. TS implants with transfer abutmentsTS implant

Our implants deliver exceptional clinical performance, enhanced aesthetics, and high patient satisfaction.

  6. TS implant with SA surface

SA (Sand-blasted & Acid-etched) Surface: Increases surface area by 45% compared to standard RBM surfaces, accelerating bone healing by 20% and reducing overall treatment times.

SOI (Super Osseointegration) Surface: Reduces healing time by over 35% compared to conventional surfaces by promoting superior osseointegration capability.

Specifications & Indications

TS III implant body
  • A 1.5° tapered body advantageous for achieving primary stability.
  • Ideal for immediate and early loading.
  • Suitable for all bone types.

Torque: ≤ 40 Ncm

TS IV

This implant
TS IV implant body
  • Designed with a more tapered body and wider thread pitch to achieve stronger primary stability while minimising compression at the surgical site
  • Achieves high initial stability even in soft bone
  • Ideal for soft bone and maxillary sinus procedures.

For TS IV implants, reducing the speed to 15 RPM is recommended.

Recommended TS implant diameters by tooth position, with colour coding

Colour Coding Of TS Implants

Our TS implants come in a range of lengths and diameters to suit every clinical requirement. For quick verification, the outer packaging clearly details the implant dimensions, product reference, manufacture date, expiry date, and LOT number.

Recommended implant diameters

Suggested implant diameters based on tooth position serve as a general guide when bone volume and interdental space are sufficient. The final choice must always rely on the clinician’s professional judgement and the patient’s specific anatomical needs.

For single-tooth replacements in the posterior region, implants with a diameter of 4.5 mm or greater are recommended.
